Thank you for your interest in the Medical Reserve Corps! This form is for the MEDICAL RESERVE CORPS of Central Ohio, including Franklin County and Columbus. If you have an interest in a unit of the Medical Reserve Corps in another state or county, please visit the national web site by clicking here.

After filling out this short form, you will be redirected to the state serveohio.org web site. Once on the state site, click on the "register" button. We ask all of our volunteers to fill out this online form, because membership in the state database is required for liability protection.

Liability Protection in Ohio Revised Code 121.404:

Provides liability protection to registered Ohio Medical Reserve Corps volunteers during local, state or federally declared emergencies, disasters, drills, exercises and trainings, and exempts a registered volunteer's personal information in the Ohio MRC Database from public disclosure. This protection does not include the provision of any court fees, nor does it cover workman’s compensation.
